As our team set out to reshape the content consumption and management landscape for sellers and consultants within the IBM Consulting ecosystem, there arises a critical imperative to establish a concise and cohesive brand experience for the envisioned Content+ user journey.

In my role as the Experience Design Lead, I spearheaded the design and strategy of a fresh brand identity and experience for the Content+ ecosystem. This involved creating a comprehensive Content+ style guide, onboarding materials, internal messaging artifacts, and a variety of branded templates. These efforts were aimed at ensuring that sellers and consultants experience a precise, seamless, and consistent journey throughout their engagement with Content+, regardless of their specific tasks.

 

Defining the Content+ brand experience helps create a blueprint for how we communicate internally to the rest of IBM, and it also provides us the insight into the underlying strategy that guides the experience we deliver to our core users.
