I had the privilage of being part of the core-team of design strategists entrusted with the pivotal task of shaping the seller and consultant experience throughout the entire IBM Consulting ecosystem.
If we super serve our sellers & consultants, they will be able to super serve our clients.
Through rigorous user research and interviews, our team delved deeply into the diverse modes of working of our sponsored users, gaining valuable insights into the myriad roles and needs of sellers and consultants. Armed with this understanding, we crafted a Minimal Adoptable Experience curated to address our end users' most critical needs and support their key jobs to be done. Additionally, we devised a long-term vision and migration strategy for the future of content consumption and management at IBM Consulting. This approach ensures alignment with evolving requirements and eliminates any existing barriers to adoption.

Our Experience Principles / Design Northstar
Drawing from the experience principles and to-be scenario we've established, I collaborated closely with a small team of UX researchers, designers, design leads, and key stakeholders. Together, we crafted the Content+ experience, a pivotal initiative aimed at reshaping how IBM sellers and consultants discover, compose, and communicate up-to-date, repeatable solutions or engagements to our clients.
