Following the rollout of the new Content+ Experience, our team swiftly initiated the development of a Content+ Usage Metrics Experience. Our objective was to provide a customized metrics solution capable of efficiently capturing and presenting usage data for all artifacts, offering IBM sellers and consultants a clear and comprehensive overview.

Furthermore, the usage metrics experience will provide actionable insights, equipping IBM sellers and consultants with the tools to expertly navigate and manage the lifecycle of artifacts within a versatile framework. And empowers them to effectively prioritize opportunities and tailor solutions to address evolving client or target market demands.
